The Fatima and Lourdes pilgrimages ended yesterday and the graces will continue to flow. I wanted to share a few thoughts about the pilgrimage with you to encourage you in your prayer life for the reparation of sin and the conversion of souls to Christ through the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

On the feast of the Holy Rosary, October 7, 2017, over twenty candidates received the Sacrament of Confirmation at St. Anthony of Padua Oratory in West Orange, New Jersey.

With filial joy, St. Joseph Oratory hosted His Grace, Archbishop Allen H. Vigneron of Detroit, for the Confirmation of young people on October 22, 2017. Assisting Archbishop Vigneron in the beautiful Pontifical ceremony of Confirmation in the Extraordinary Form were Canon Michael Stein, Pastor; Canon Jonathon Fehrenbacher, Vicar; Abbé Alex Barga, Master of Ceremonies; brothers of St. Thomas Aquinas House; and numerous altar servers of the Oratory. 

At the invitation of His Excellency, the Most Reverend Frank J. Caggiano, Bishop of Bridgeport, Connecticut, a new Oratory of the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest has been established at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Parish in Bridgeport on the Feast of the Holy Rosary, October 7, 2017.
